Goods will be delivered by courier during normal working hours Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery
Before signing for goods please ensure that all items are physically checked and inspected at the time of delivery. Carrier claims for shortages and/or damages cannot be accepted unless reported and signed for accordingly at the time of delivery
Items returned that are not faulty or substandard will be subject to a 20% restocking charge
