BSLH was formed in 1981, as Harris Cutlery selling silver plated cutlery from small family workshops. However the demand for silver plate cutlery has waned over the years, so the range was extended to include stainless items, and then catering equipment
Today all our goods are dispatched next day from a 70,000 sq ft premises to ensure an efficient service from a large stockholding

When you make a purchase you are issued with a VAT receipt and a confirmation
email. Both of these items have a contact email address that you should
use if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. if you have reasonable
grounds to be dissatisfied with the purchase we will issue a refund
provided that the goods are returned in their original condition and
are unused. however we will not be held responsible if you mistakenly
order the wrong item.
In the unlikely event that you feel that you have not been fairly treated by BSLH ltd following a complaint there is also a contact address and reference for Worldpay. Worldpay will ensure you receive a refund should you be entitled to one.
For this reason
it is important that you print out the receipt when prompted to do so.
Bslh have just redesigned the shop area, with more products and a better range we think we have all the bases covered. People frequently ring us to ask if they can have a catalogue sent through the post. Unfortunately we supply from nearly fifty different providers and if we put everything in a catalogue it would be the size of a phone book and cost a fortune so send. So give us a ring and tell us what you want and we will give you a range of options to fit your budget and needs
