BSLH was formed in 1982, as Harris Cutlery selling silver plated cutlery from small family workshops. However the demand for silver plate cutlery has waned over the years, so the range was extended to include stainless items, and then catering equipment
Today all our goods are dispatched next day from a 70,000 sq ft premises to ensure an efficient service from a large stockholding
Our range of products is specifically designed for the professional caterer and we work in partnership with many leading producers from around the world to bring you a unique collection of products

When you make a purchase you are issued with a VAT receipt and a confirmation email. Both of these items have a contact email address that you should use if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. if you have reasonable grounds to be dissatisfied with the purchase we will issue a refund provided that the goods are returned in their original condition and are unused. however we will not be held responsible if you mistakenly order the wrong item.In the unlikely event that you feel that you have not been fairly treated by BSLH ltd following a complaint there is also a contact address and reference for Worldpay.
